Hurlingham Polo

Hurlingham Polo’s spring edition contains two articles written by yours truly: The Malaysian FIP World Cup Zone D tournament that as held in June 2011 is featured as one of the most successful, if not the most successful FIP play-offs ever staged.  I also contributed an article on the BMW – B Grimm Thai Polo Open 2012.

It’s nice to be doing more than just writimg for the internet, which is a different style of writing.  I used to write for newspapers such as the Business Times in Singapore, and equestrian and polo magazines including L’Annee Hippique, The Horse Magazine and Polo Quarterly.  I’ve also ghost written a book about Dr Venga Kalachulu, “From Ordinary to Extraordinary.”

Writing for a magazine is a different kind of challenge, one that I hope I will enjoy as I have been asked to write for a few more.

Check out the Hiurlingham Polo magazine.  It is a very good magazine, and this edition has some lovely articles in it, including one by Anthony Fanshawe on the San Luis FIP World Cup playoffs, and there is coverage also of the Argentine Triple Crown.
