PEPPR: KJ biggest mover in July

KJBrig. General Khairy Jamaluddin was the biggest mover in PoloEquestrian.com’s Polo Player Rankings (PEPPR), jumping 21 places from 61st to 38th position.   The Minister of Youth and Sport gained 198 points in winning the Malaysian Open Polo Tournament with Jogo Polo.

Four teams took part in the Malaysian Open Polo Tournament, a 6-goal open tournament.  Jogo Polo defeated Putra Polo in the final.  La Familia finished third, beating Ranhill Putrajaya in the subsidiary final.

A 0-goal Putra Cup tournament was held concurrently with the  Malaysian Open Polo.

There were no other tournaments that concluded in July.

Miguel Diaz broke into the top ten for the first time, rising to #7.    Another big riser was Tomas Gandara, who shot up 17 places to #15.
